{ Natasha & Cliff Alston Wedding }

It was such a pleasure watching Natasha and Cliff tie the knot! They are such a fun couple and we were so honored to be a part of their day! Here’s a look in to their story and wedding day!

“Cliff and I have an interesting way of meeting. One Friday night after working a double shift, one of my friends begged me to go have a drink at a tavern that was close to my work. I really didn't want to go at the time but I gave in and decided I would go for a little while. I am so glad that I went because that was the night I would meet the love of my life, and the guy that would eventually become my husband. Cliff was supposed to go out of town that night but his plans changed at the last minute and him and his friend ended up at the same place I was and a place we both never go to.”

“I wouldn't say it was love at first sight because that sounds so cliché, but it was pretty close. My friend and I were sitting at a table and I noticed this really good looking guy walk in, he was exactly what I envisioned my perfect guy to look like, I guess he was thinking the same thing about me because he eventually approached me, said one of those cheesy pickup lines "I usually don't do this, but I think your absolutely beautiful" and my heart melted and I felt like I was in a love scene of a chick flick movie. Looking back now it was definitely a "You had me from hello" love story. We talked for a long time that night and he asked me on a date. That next weekend we went to a country concert and we have been inseparable ever since. After a month of us sitting in the driveway on the tailgate of his truck, listening to country music, Cliff told me he loved me and I knew in that moment I would never want anything more. Falling in love with him is the easiest thing I have ever done.”

“Cliff proposed to me a year and a half after we started dating. It couldn't have been more perfect to the both of us. My whole family was there and I am still so excited that my family got to share that unforgettable moment with us. My mom called me and said we were having a family dinner and that they had a surprise gift for me that didn't arrive on Christmas. Being 2 weeks after Christmas I didn't suspect anything. Cliff gave me a big box to open. As I opened the box, the first thing I saw were rose petals and a picture that said happily ever after. When I realized that my family was crying and recording me opening this gift, I began to realize what was about to happen and the look on Cliff's face said everything. At the bottom of the box was a beautiful ring. He got down on one knee, and there he made me the happiest girl in the world.”

“Planning the wedding was really stressful because I wanted everything to be perfect. I also wanted our wedding to be a representation of who we are as couple. I am so glad I chose the Walter's Barn as my venue because it was absolutely beautiful. Allison and Wendy did a wonderful job making my wedding day what I always wanted it to be. They went above and beyond to make sure even the smallest detail was what I envisioned. I was so blessed to have them as coordinators.”

There were a lot of fun and very special moments shared at their wedding. We couldn’t agree more with what Natasha had to say. “We had so much fun at our wedding, from our choreographed dance, the corn-hole games, photo-booth, us having a cake fight, and the toast by Cliffs brother (that was read by Cliff's mother) that couldn't be there because he is in the army. I don't think that our wedding could have been any better for us.”

We asked the couple what their favorite part about their wedding day and being married was and it is truly beautiful, “One of my favorite moments of my wedding day was when Cliff said his vows. We wrote our own vows to one another which I thought was special but what made it so unique was that Cliff also wrote vows to my son. It was really important to me because my son is my world and when he said his vows, he made him his world as well. Cliff said his favorite part of our wedding was seeing me walk down the aisle. (He better say that! I’m JK). He said he was nervous the whole day but seeing how beautiful I looked and knowing he was about to marry "his girl" made him so happy. My wedding day was far better than I ever imagined and I wouldn't change anything about that. Sharing one of the most important days of our lives with our family and friends is something we will cherish forever. Our favorite part about being married is not only the fact that we get to wake up to our best friend and our soul-mate every morning but its being able to grow together as one. When we got married our own self needs and wants became each others needs and wants. Everything we do and go through in this life we do it together. We are a team and knowing that we have each other when we need encouragement, strength, and support is a great feeling. I love being married to Cliff because he cares about my happiness. I fall more and more in love with him everyday, and I love the fact that he gives me so much to look forward too.”

Thank you for letting us share these special moments with you! We wish you three the best to come!!
