This week we are featuring Makin' Faces by Danielle as our Vendor Spotlight. We were in awe when we first saw Danielle's natural talent with makeup, so we are so excited to be sharing her work with you all today! We are happy to recommend her to our brides, and we are sure that you will love her as much as we do!

"My name is Danielle, and I am so glad you are here! I am the Owner and lead Makeup Artist of Makin' Faces by Danielle. Additionally, I am a Freelance Makeup Artist with Jane Iredale Mineral Cosmetics. I am married to the biggest Ole Miss fan you will ever meet. Together we have three fur babies: two dogs, Renee and our rescue, Odys; and our rescue kitty, Boudreaux.

I have had an interest in makeup since I was a little girl. I was always mesmerized by my mother’s makeup bag. The colors, textures, and smells lit up my soul. As I got older, I started painting or making things to feed my creativity. I was 16 when I started doing makeup for weddings and other special occasions. Over the years, I have gained new knowledge and techniques, one being airbrush makeup application.

Makeup is definitely one of my passions. I look at makeup application like a piece of art. I believe makeup should be used as a tool to bring out your natural beauty and make you feel your absolute best. I suggest that all my brides schedule a trial run so we can discuss the look you are going for. I like to talk about how they want to be seen in their photographs because we tend to have to apply more makeup for their features to be shown in photography, especially from a distance.
