WE HAVE THE PERFECT PLAN FOR YOU
Soirées Southern Events offers two package options to best meet your individual needs. Both packages include an initial one-hour pre-planning meeting (onsite or virtually). This meeting is to take place soon after you book with SSE to discuss your priorities, expectations, logistics, vendors, and wedding day vision.

Month-Of
Coordination Package
This package is perfect if you are able to do most of the pre-planning, but need us to be there during the event to make sure your vision is realized & the event is successful! The services include:
· An Initial one-hour pre-planning meeting.
· One in-person planning meeting 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding during your
venue walkthrough.
· Detailed timeline creation shared with you & your vendors.
· 1-hour of Rehearsal coordination service.
· 8-hours of onsite wedding day coverage with comprehensive event execution
by 2 coordinators (one lead & one assistant).
· Confirming with officiant, assisting with Ceremony processional, recessional,
& ordering/cueing wedding party.
· Bridal essentials survival kit.
· Assistance and communication with the Bridal Party & vendors to help ensure
the event is on schedule.
· Assist Photographer as needed to help photos run efficiently.
· Assist florist with distributing personal flowers such as bouquets boutonnieres, & corsages for photos.
· Set-up personal items like table numbers, place cards, guestbook items, photos, & favors (not including decor/rentals/flowers).
· Work closely with the DJ/MC on event timing of appropriate dances, speeches, announcements, cutting of the cake, etc.
· Direct guest movement throughout the event space during event transitions.
· Coordinate send-off (if within contracted hours of coverage).
· Assist with breakdown & packing of personal items at the conclusion of the event (if within contracted hours of coverage. Not including decor/rentals/flowers).
Package Pricing: $2,200.00
Additional Time Add-On: $250/hour
Partial Planning
Package
This package is an ideal option if you require less assistance than a full-service package but would like a more hands-on role in your planning activities with our professional assistance to guide you along the way!
*Including all elements in the "Month-Of Planning" package with the addition of the following:
· A total of three in-person planning meetings with your Lead Coordinator beginning 6 months prior to your wedding date.
· Monthly check-ins via email or phone call.
· Creation of a Planning Checklist.
· Added “To Bring/Pack” list on your timeline.
· Access to our Preferred Vendors List.
· Assistance in matching you with your vendors.
· Supervising the set-up of the Ceremony & Reception spaces, ensuring everything aligns with your vision (if vendor set-up is within our contracted hours).
· Event layout recommendations & finalization.
· Distributing final payments & gratuities to vendors during the event.
Package Pricing: $3,800.00
Additional Time Add-On: $250/hour
