WE HAVE THE PERFECT PLAN FOR YOU

Soirées Southern Events offers two package options to best meet your individual needs. Both packages include an initial one-hour pre-planning meeting (onsite or virtually). This meeting is to take place soon after you book with SSE to discuss your priorities, expectations, logistics, vendors, and wedding day vision.

Month-Of
Coordination Package

THIS PACKAGE IS PERFECT FOR THE COUPLE WHO IS ABLE TO DO MOST OF THE PLANNING, BUT NEEDS US TO BE THERE DURING THE EVENT TO MAKE SURE THEIR VISION IS REALIZED AND THE EVENT IS SUCCESSFUL. THE SERVICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • In-Person Planning Meeting 4 to 6-weeks prior to the wedding.

  • Includes a Venue walkthrough with the Bride, Groom, family, and vendors at 4 to 6-weeks prior to the wedding.

  • Detailed timeline creation.

  • Obtain vendor contracts and provide them with a detailed timeline and all relevant information prior to your event,

  • Rehearsal coordination. (1-hour service)

  • 8-hours of wedding day coverage with 2 coordinators.

  • Provide bridal essentials survival kit.

  • Comprehensive event execution by one lead wedding coordinator and one assistant from set-up to event conclusion.

  • Personal assistance for Bride and Groom throughout the day.

  • Assistance and communication with the Wedding Party to help ensure the day is running on time.

  • Assist Photographer as needed to help photos run efficiently. Encouraging the Bride and Groom to provide a list of photos, including the family member names for group shots.

  • Assist with handing out family flowers, pinning boutonnieres & corsages, and provide the Bride & Bridesmaids with their bouquets.

  • Oversee the proper set-up of the event.

  • Set-up all personal items like table numbers, place cards, guestbook items, photos, favors, and any other decor elements.

  • Work closely with the DJ/MC on the event timing of appropriate dances, speeches, announcements, cutting of the cake, bouquet toss, etc.

  • Assist with guest movement throughout the event space to avoid confusion.

  • Distribute final payments to vendors and staff.

  • Breakdown personal items at the conclusion of the event.

  • Collect and pack-up all gifts / cards / Marriage Certificate and ensure they are placed in the appropriate car for departure.

Package Pricing:                               $2,200.00

Additional Time Add-On:                   $250/hour

Partial Planning
Package

OUR PARTIAL PLANNING PACKAGE IS AN IDEAL OPTION FOR THE COUPLE WHO MAY HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED PORTIONS OF THEIR PLANNING AND REQUIRE LESS ASSISTANCE THAN A FULL-SERVICE PACKAGE. THIS PACKAGE IS DESIGNED TO ALLOW THE COUPLE A HANDS-ON ROLE IN THEIR PLANNING ACTIVITIES ALONG WITH OUR PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE TO GUIDE THEM ALONG THE WAY. THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES ALL ELEMENTS LISTED IN THE “DAY-OF COORDINATION SERVICES” WITH THE ADDITION OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Three pre-wedding consultations with the Lead Coordinator.

  • Monthly check-ins via email or phone call.

  • Creation of a Planning Checklist.

  • Access to our Preferred Vendors List.

  • Coordination with vendors.

  • Onsite pre-event walkthrough and vendor meeting.

  • Ensure timely arrival of musicians, officiate, and any other vendors involved in the Ceremony.

  • Make certain that transportation is on time and on cue when the couple is ready to depart.

  • Review all final vendor contracts.
